This thick antique round Georgian to Victorian gold repousse locket features a beveled clear glass to house mementos with the 9K gold back having an engine-turned background with engraving. One side contains a plait of woven hair with the gold backing engraved Priscilla Oxtoby, ob 24 Aug, 1837 alt 61. Exquisite antique pendant ready for that special someone!
Materials: Solid 9 karat gold back with the repousse gold cased
Measurements: 2 inches from the top of the original bale to bottom, 1 1/3 inches wide.
Weight: 10.8 grams
Condition: Very good with little wear to the gold showing no dents or dings and glass front in good condition. An exceptional antique locket!
